A 16-question self-assessment that scores your team's CRM adoption health across four dimensions: Usage & Adoption, Process & Data, Training & Change Management, and Strategic Alignment & ROI. You get a tier rating and personalized recommendations.

Each question is scored 1–4 across four sections (max 64 points). Your total maps to a tier: Go 4 Launch (58–64), Mission Ready (48–57), Pre-Flight Check (32–47), or Grounded (0–31).

A full scorecard with section-by-section scores, a tier rating, and an option to receive a detailed Adoption Blueprint via email with personalized recommendations.

Calculators
